Since 2018, our flagship Peer Teaching program has enabled senior students to mentor juniors in foundational skills, reaching nearly 1 million students across India. It’s more than just learning – it’s about building collaboration, leadership, and ownership.

A: Our selection process typically starts with submitting an application, followed by a short call with our recruiter. This is then followed by an assignment, a technical round of interviews, and finally, a culture fit interview. Please note that the process is flexible and may vary.

A: Generally, the process takes about two weeks. However, due to a high volume of applications, it might take a bit longer. We are committed to completing the process within two weeks whenever possible.

A: The salary range mentioned in the job description is what we can offer based on our current budget. However, it is negotiable depending on the candidate’s experience and the specific requirements of the role.
4. Besides the salary mentioned in the job description, what additional benefits can I expect?
A: We prioritize the well-being of our team members. In addition to the salary, we offer health insurance for team members, their spouses, and up to two children. We also provide unlimited counseling sessions and therapies for our team members. Our work environment is fun and engaging, with plenty of spaces for fun and creativity.
