RESEARCH
The study investigates the effectiveness of peer teaching in promoting individualized learning and enhancing foundational numeracy. Using standardized numeracy assessments and classroom observations, it found improved student performance, while peer teaching environments provide personalized instructions, immediate feedback, social interaction, responsiveness to student needs, and opportunities to develop adaptive skills.

This study examines the effect of a peer learning program through cluster randomized controlled trial in Bhagalpur, Bihar. Preliminary findings show that treatment schools scored 5-6% higher on mathematics skills, with improvements primarily driven by peer leaders. The study also reports changes in socio-emotional skills and social networks, suggesting that peer learning influeneces both academic and non-acedmics
